Specifics of the LINEBACKER school will consist of two separate programs. One will be a three-day-per-week program that will include half weight room work, half on-field and film work. This program is for linebackers who do not have a middle school weight training program and want to add an important strength training aspect to their development as a linebacker. High school linebackers will supplement their school training with an individualized, linebacker-specific program designed to increase power, burst and explosion. This program will include the all important position specific field work drills and film study.
